  • Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time Motion Designer?
To begin with, hiring a senior-level motion designer on a full-time basis now surpasses $90,000 (AUD) annually, not including benefits (and the challenge of finding an available one). Furthermore, there might be periods when you don't have a consistent workload to keep them occupied, resulting in payments for idle time. Through the monthly plan, you gain the flexibility to pause and restart your subscription as necessary, ensuring you're only compensating your designer when there's active work to be done.
  • Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
After subscribing, you can queue up as many requests as you wish, and they will be sent out sequentially.
  • What will be the approach for managing incoming projects?
We handle projects sequentially, with the option to add more to the queue as needed. Our streamlined Trello workflow allows us to efficiently manage projects from start to finish. In Trello, we upload project-related documents to a dedicated client board, including brand guidelines, assets, storyboards, references, and more. Projects are organized into sections like "Incoming," "Drafts," "Feedback," and "Approved" for easy tracking.
  • How fast will I receive my animations?
Typically, the majority of requests are finalized within a span of 5 to 6 business days per single animation. Nevertheless, more intricate requests may require additional time. To tackle intricate animation projects, schedule a call to delve into the details and collaboratively establish a timeline that aligns with your needs.
  • Does this service genuinely offer unlimited revisions?
Certainly, reviews are welcome as long as they remain reasonable. However, if the project requires a complete restart, it will be treated as a new request.
  • Who are the Motion Designers?
It may come as a surprise, but AnimAddicts is primarily a one-person agency. This means you'll collaborate directly with me, the founder of AnimAddicts. However, in certain situations, we may enlist creative partners as needed for specific projects.
  • How does the pause feature work?
We recognize that you might not always have a full month's worth of animation work. Perhaps you currently have only one or two requests. This is where the option to pause your subscription becomes beneficial. Our billing cycles operate on a 31-day basis. For instance, if you subscribe and utilize the service for 21 days but then choose to pause your subscription, the billing cycle will be temporarily halted. This will leave you with 10 days of service credit that can be utilized at your convenience in the future.
  • What programs do you Animate in?
The majority of requests are crafted using Adobe Suite tools, including After Effects, Illustrator, Animate, and Premiere.
  • How do I request animations?
AnimAddicts provides a wide range of options for requesting animations through Trello. Clients commonly make requests directly within Trello, share Google Docs or even record a concise Loom video if they prefer not to write out their briefs. Essentially, if it can be linked or shared within Trello, it's a viable method for making your request.
  • What if I don't like the animation?
No dramas! We'll keep refining the animation until it meets your complete satisfaction.
  • What if I only have a single request?
You have the option to pause your subscription once you're done and reactivate it when you have more animation requirements. You don't have to let the remaining subscription time go unused.
  • Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
As a result of the exceptional quality of our work, we do not provide refunds.
  • How does tracking hours during the wrap-up phase of a project contribute to an agency's ability to make informed decisions, enhance client relationships, and ensure long-term success?
After finishing a project, the wrap-up phase becomes a crucial step. It offers numerous benefits to agencies. Firstly, it helps with precise pricing by calculating project costs accurately, fostering trust with clients. Secondly, it aids data-driven decisions by spotting trends in time allocation across projects, optimising resources, schedules, and pricing. Access to historical hours data keeps agencies competitive while ensuring profitability. It also helps manage client expectations and boosts efficiency, cost reduction, and profitability through team evaluation and process refinement. Accurate invoicing minimizes disputes and speeds up payments. Lastly, it enables agencies to gauge project profitability, guiding future decisions. In a nutshell, tracking hours in the wrap-up stage enhances proposals and elevates agency efficiency, competitiveness, and long-term success.
  • Who might find this agency less suitable?
This service may not be the ideal choice for those seeking last-minute revisions and extremely time-sensitive tasks. We prioritize each new project by placing it in a queue and handling it in a timely manner to ensure quality.
